Return and Refund Policy
We are a small, independent sole proprietorship. Because our posters and frames are printed on demand, we cannot absorb the costs of "buyer's remorse" or incorrect size selections like large corporate retailers can. Therefore, all sales are final. We only offer returns, replacements, or refunds in the event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item.
The Strict Unboxing Video Rule: To be eligible for a replacement or refund for a damaged or incorrect item, you must provide a clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video. * The video must start by clearly showing the sealed package and the original shipping label.

Without this video, we will strictly not accept any return or refund requests. This policy protects our small business from fraudulent claims.
If your video proves the item arrived damaged, we will gladly consider a free replacement. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is absolutely not possible.
