Return and Refund Policy

We are a small, independent sole proprietorship. Because our posters and frames are printed on demand, we cannot absorb the costs of "buyer's remorse" or incorrect size selections like large corporate retailers can. Therefore, all sales are final. We only offer returns, replacements, or refunds in the event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item.

The Strict Unboxing Video Rule: To be eligible for a replacement or refund for a damaged or incorrect item, you must provide a clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video. * The video must start by clearly showing the sealed package and the original shipping label.

  • The video must show the package being opened and the product being taken out.

  • The video must clearly show the damage or defect on the product.

Without this video, we will strictly not accept any return or refund requests. This policy protects our small business from fraudulent claims.

If your video proves the item arrived damaged, we will gladly consider a free replacement. 
Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is absolutely not possible.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. As a small business, our goal is to sell art, not your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties.

Data We Collect & Third-Party Platforms: We only collect the basic information required to process and ship your order (Name, Address, Email, Phone Number). Please note that our store is hosted on Shopify, and our payments are processed securely through Cashfree. We do not process or hold your credit card information. Shopify and Cashfree have their own privacy policies and data collection methods (such as cookies or tracking analytics) which are out of our direct control. By using our website, you are also subject to their respective privacy terms.

Custom Photo Printing Services: If you use our custom service to print your own personal photos, we treat your memories with the utmost respect.

  • Local Storage & On-Device AI: Your uploaded photos are downloaded directly to our local, physical computers. If your photo needs to be upscaled for better print quality, we use On-Device AI upscalers. Your personal photos are never uploaded to third-party cloud servers (like Midjourney, AWS, or Google Cloud) for processing.

  • Data Deletion: Once your custom poster is printed and delivered, we delete your photos from our local drives.

Security and Cyber Attack Disclaimer: We take reasonable, common-sense steps to protect the local data we hold. However, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security against advanced cyberattacks or data breaches. By using our services, you acknowledge that if our systems are compromised by a malicious cyberattack, any data we hold is compromised as well, and you agree not to hold our sole proprietorship legally liable for data breaches beyond our reasonable control.

1. General Overview This website is operated by an independent sole proprietorship. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to this business. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Custom Orders & Copyright If you submit custom images for printing, you warrant that you own the copyright or have the legal right to use and print those images. We reserve the right to refuse to print any custom image that contains illegal, highly offensive.

3. Product Representation We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors and phone screens, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will perfectly match the physical print. Furthermore, room mockups and digital frames shown on the website are for visual reference only; actual scale and framing may vary based on the size you select.

4. Limitation of Liability As a small business, our liability is strictly limited. In no case shall our sole proprietorship be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the service. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, capping at the total purchase price of your order.
